Digital Signature Certificate

A Digital Signature Certificate enables the user to apply Digital Signatures on the documents submitted in electronic form in order to ensure the security and authenticity of the documents filed electronically for various transactions related to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, e-tenders, Registrar of Companies or any government organisation. In addition to saving time, a Digital Signature Certificate also helps secure data. Under the provisions of law, a digitally signed document is considered as legally admissible instruments.

Types Of Digital Signatures

Documents Required:

For Class 2 DSC

  1. Copy of PAN Card of the Applicant.
  2. Photograph of the Applicant.
  3. Address Proof of the Applicant.
  4. Mobile No. and Email ID

For Class 3 DSC (For Individual/Company/Firm)

  1. Copy of PAN Card of the Individual/Firm/Company.
  2. Address Proof of Office/ Company.
  3. Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum & Articles of Association, Registered partnership deed, Valid Business license issued by State / Central Govt. Annual report Latest income tax return acknowledgement Bank details of the Organisation.
  4. Letter of Authorisation.
  5. One Photo of director
  6. Pan card of director
  7. Address proof of director
  8. Copy of statement of bank account (First and second page)
  9. Copy of ITR accompanied by computation of income/financial statement pertaining to last financial year (First and second page
  10. List of Directors      

Note: All Documents Should be Stamped by Co. and signed by director.
